My name is Anna and I’m a precious metals artist living in Botetourt County. I love working with families to create these special one of a kind gifts.
What sets my work apart is a special process that doesn't use paper prints or molds. Rather the finger is pressed directly into the silver itself. It not only ensures the best reproduction possible but also adds to the sentimental value of the piece. There are only a few artists in the world who offer to make fingerprint jewelry in person using this method.
The fingerprint charms are 99.99% silver. This is commonly called .999 or fine silver or pure silver. They have a whiter color and higher silver content than .925 sterling silver and tarnish shouldn’t be an issue for a long, long time. All the silver I use in my charms is from recycled sources.
After the fingerprint event I will take your jewelry to my studio to finish each and every piece by hand. Turnaround time is usually 3-4 weeks but sometimes shorter when an event is close to Christmas or Mother's Day.
My fingerprint jewelry can only be purchased in the Roanoke area at special events.
